Udhë connects drivers and passengers who have the same destination.
Our focus is to bring carpooling as an alternative to traveling between cities in places like the Balkans and abroad.
Udhë offers drivers the ability to post the ride with information like the number of seats, the price per seat, and a meeting point. On the other hand, we offer passengers the possibility to reserve a free seat while reviewing the ride information.
Users can chat with each other through the platform chat to coordinate for the ride and after the ride is finished, users can review each other.

Version History New:
- Suggested routes: Your usual routes now appear as pills on the passenger tab, each showing how many rides are currently available on that line. The suggestions learn from where you actually travel, so they get more accurate the more you use the app.
- Driver label in ride chats: The driver is now clearly marked in the group chat, so everyone knows who is organising the ride and who to ask about pickup and timing.
- Fresh new look: A floating bottom navigation bar, smooth animations when opening a ride, and many smaller visual improvements across the app.

Improved:
- Custom meeting point picker now opens centred on your departure city, even for cities without predefined meeting points.
- You will no longer receive notifications for your own messages or posts.
- Opening a ride from a notification or link no longer stacks it on top of an already open ride. 1.8.0 Sep 18 New:
- User location sharing: The driver and passenger can now click on start sharing location on the chat screen, and then the other side can track them live on a map.
- Driver custom map meeting point: Now that we have maps and location sharing in the app, drivers can select a custom meeting point directly on the map. This point is shown on the map when sharing the location, so passengers know exactly where to wait. The meeting point is saved in the driver preferences per departure city, the same way we already store other information like price and seats, so they don't have to select it again every time.

- Notify passengers who lose a seat in a race condition: Before, when two passengers tried to reserve the last seat at the same time, the one who lost the race had no clear indication of what happened. Now the passenger who fails to get the seat receives a message, so they know immediately and can look for another ride instead of showing up for a seat they don't have. 1.7.9 Aug 31 New:

- Users can now share a ride post with a link, and anyone opening the link will be taken directly to that ride.
- Drivers can now remove a passenger from a ride up to 10 minutes before departure.

- Passengers can no longer view other passengers phone numbers, even when sharing the same ride.
